組織管理專題提供學生，有關有效人群服務管理的理論與技術。此課程可以訓練學生如何管理服務型組織。課程內容將包含與運作人群服務組織相關的管理理念、模式與技術。The topic of organizational management provides students with the theories and techniques of effective crowd service management. This course trains students how to manage service organizations. The course content will include management concepts, models and techniques related to operating human service organizations.
組織管理專題提供學生，有關有效人群服務管理的理論、倫理、 價值與技術。此課程可以提供學生相關知識，以瞭解組織的功能、特色與運作，並進而能習得恰當管理／領導服務型組織的相關知能。為落實如上課程目標，本課程內容將包含與運作人群服務組織相關的管理理論、理念、模式與技術。希望修課學生，往後能運用課程中所習得的組織管理知識於人群服務組織中，讓對弱勢者的協助更有效率及效益。
Topics in organizational management provide students with the theory, ethics, values, and techniques of effective population service management. This course can provide students with relevant knowledge to understand the functions, characteristics and operations of organizations, and then acquire the relevant knowledge to properly manage/lead service organizations. In order to implement the above course objectives, the content of this course will include management theories, concepts, models and techniques related to the operation of human service organizations. It is hoped that students who take the course can use the organizational management knowledge acquired in the course in human service organizations to make assistance to the disadvantaged more efficient and effective.
