近年來保險事業發展迅速，保險學術水準亦日提昇。因此，本課程講授內容以理論與實務並重，並分別就保險全面做總合與各論之研究。除廣泛取材於國內外有關保險學術之著作外，更引用我國現行有關保險法令加以驗證，期使學生能明瞭我國保險法之演進、立法宗旨、各條款之內涵及其相互關係。因此，透過本課程之介紹，有助於使學生了解下列問題：1.解釋何為保險及其功能2.了解保險法主要基本架構3.了解保險契約當事人之主要權利及義務4.認識保險監理法制。The insurance industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and the academic level of insurance has also improved. Therefore, the teaching content of this course pays equal attention to theory and practice, and conducts comprehensive and individual research on insurance. In addition to extensively drawing on domestic and foreign academic works on insurance, it also cites my country's current insurance laws and regulations for verification, hoping to enable students to understand the evolution of my country's insurance laws, the purpose of legislation, the connotation of each clause, and their interrelationships. Therefore, the introduction of this course will help students understand the following issues: 1. Explain what insurance is and its functions 2. Understand the main basic structure of insurance law 3. Understand the main rights and obligations of the parties to an insurance contract 4. Understand the legal system of insurance supervision .
保險為分散危險、消化損失之制度，社會經濟之繁榮，個人幸福保障，莫不以保險為基礎。保險法則為保險制度之基石，因此保險法之研究與發展刻不容緩。本課程理論與實務並重，對保險法之失，亦提出改進之方案。使學生明瞭我國保險法之演變、立法主旨、各條款之涵養及其互相關係，並比較各國立法例，使學生能衡其異同與得失。

Insurance laws are the cornerstone of the insurance system, so the research and development of insurance laws is urgent. This course pays equal attention to theory and practice, and also proposes improvement plans for the shortcomings of insurance law. It enables students to understand the evolution of my country's insurance law, the legislative gist, the connotations of various clauses and their interrelationships, and to compare legislative examples from various countries so that students can weigh their similarities, differences, gains and losses.
